We’re Canvider. We care about fair hiring.

We’re a small team building an AI-assisted recruiting platform because we’ve seen how messy hiring can get for candidates and for the people doing the work. Our job is to give you tools that save time while staying honest, transparent, and respectful of everyone in the process.

Our story

We started from a simple frustration: hiring shouldn’t feel opaque or unfair.

Our mission

We want to make recruiting kinder and more efficient for teams who hire and for every person who applies. That means software that cuts down on repetitive work, keeps processes consistent, and helps you explain your decisions with confidence.

We’re not here to replace recruiters or hiring managers. We’re here to give you time back, better context, and a clearer view of who might be a great fit, so you can focus on conversations and judgment calls that only humans can make.

We also believe great hiring shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for huge budgets. Small and mid-size teams deserve the same quality of tooling as the biggest employers, without betting the company on a massive upfront investment.

    Every AI score shows its reasoning. You can explain any hiring decision to your team or to a candidate who asks.

  2. Fairness & consistency

    The same scoring rules and criteria apply to every applicant for a role, so two similar profiles aren’t split by who got reviewed first or who had a lighter load that day. When you change a requirement, it’s visible in the product so your process stays consistent and defensible.

  3. Partnership

    Product decisions come from real recruiter workflows, not from our assumptions alone. If something breaks your process, we fix it and tell you what changed, including in release notes you can share with your team.

  4. Access for every team

    You can run a full pipeline on Canvider without an enterprise contract or a six-figure budget line. We keep pricing within reach so a five-person company can use the same screening and AI tools as a much larger employer.
