How it works
- Open Emails or Change State Start from the applicant's Emails tab or the Change State modal
- Switch to AI Draft mode Choose AI Draft instead of writing from scratch or picking a template
- Add context and tone Type optional context (up to 150 characters) and choose length/tone—AI will not invent details beyond what you give it
- Preview, apply, and send Review the AI Draft Preview, click Apply to Email, edit if needed, then send
