Is the Simple plan really free?
Yes. No time limit and no credit card. It covers 2 job listings a year for 1 user, with the full ATS and limited AI scoring.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no lock-in. Move up, down, or out whenever you want.
How is Enterprise priced?
€200 a month covers 10 job listings a month, 5 users, 5× Pro's AI credits, TalentPool, and candidate sourcing. Extra listings start at €2 each and extra users at €4 each, and the per-unit price steps up as you grow. Heavy AI doubles that plan price, and add-ons are a percentage of it. The calculator gives you an estimate; we confirm the final number on a short call.
Why does the price per listing and user go up as we grow?
Every listing brings in applicants for the AI to screen, and a bigger hiring operation uses far more of it. So we keep small teams cheap and let the per-unit price step up with volume. Extra listings: €2 each up to 50 a month, €4 up to 100, €6 up to 250, €8 up to 500, then €10. Extra users: €4 each up to 10, €8 up to 25, €12 up to 50, €16 up to 100, then €20. Posting to job boards is always free.
How do add-ons work?
Add-ons are priced as a percentage of your plan, so a small team pays little and a large account pays its share: MCP & API Access +10%, Portfolio Analysis +15%, AI Position Suggestion +20%, DecisionHelper Plus +25%. Dedicated 24/7 Support needs Enterprise and adds 25% of your total (minimum €150). Posting to job boards is free on every plan.
