Birhan Özçelik is a co-founder of Canvider, an AI-powered applicant tracking system for small and mid-size hiring teams. He works on the AI screening and scoring technology behind Canvider, built to help hiring teams cut time-to-hire from roughly 44 days to 12 without cutting corners on honesty or respect for candidates.

Birhan leads engineering on AI CV analysis, criteria matching, and finalist comparison. The design goal is consistent scoring against the job description with highlights and gaps a human can audit, aligned with guidance from bodies such as the EEOC that automated tools in hiring need human oversight.

He spends time on prompt quality, evidence pointers in CriteriaMatch, and keeping employer credit costs predictable. When a feature ships, the product guide documents what it cannot do so support and customers share the same expectations.
