Efe Ergün is a co-founder of Canvider, an AI-powered applicant tracking system for small and mid-size hiring teams. He writes about AI recruiting, ATS setup, and hiring workflows, drawing on what he learns building a product that automates resume screening, candidate scoring, and interview scheduling, while keeping candidate data aligned with GDPR / RODO expectations and never sold.

Before Canvider, Efe worked on B2B software where customers measured success in hours saved, not slide decks. That carried into hiring tech: recruiters told us they wanted ranking and explainability, not a black box that rejects people while they sleep.

On the blog he focuses on ATS basics, pricing honesty, and workflows for teams without a dedicated recruiting department. He tests every article against what the product actually ships, including limits such as AI Score as ranking aid only and DecisionHelper capped at four finalists.
